Return and Refund Policy

  1. Opening Video Requirement: A mandatory opening video must be provided for any claims pertaining to the order. The video must be recorded continuously, without any cuts or pauses, and should commence before the parcel is opened. Additionally, 2-3 photos of the defective items will be appreciated.
  2. Claim Submission Timeline: Any claim or request for a refund must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims or refund requests made beyond this timeframe will not be accepted. To apply for a return or exchange, kindly email the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Email
  • Mobile Number
  • Video Proof (as mentioned in point 1)
  • Description of the issue

  • Refund Process: If all conditions are met, your amount will be returned to the payment source within 7 days.
  • Shipping Services: ANJANI ZEWELS relies on third-party aggregators for shipping services.
  • Order Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing your order, depending on the quantity purchased. Home city deliveries are done within 24 hours, provided it is not a customized piece.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Delivery Timeline: Most major cities receive their orders within 4-6 working days. All other orders are delivered within 7-8 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery will be done to the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order.
